Every year, we purify many thousands of different proteins. If your protein is challenging because of poor expression, low solubility or a tendency to aggregate, we can help.

ATUM offers a range of analytical services to characterize the identity, purity, quantity and quality of your protein. Our tools include gel electrophoresis, HPLC (reverse phase, ion exchange and size exclusion), mass spectrometry, bio-layer interferometry (ForteBio Octet Red384 and HTX systems) and bacterial endotoxin testing. We can design a customized analytical package appropriate for your molecule and subsequent applications including IND filing and GLP toxicology studies.
